A quick 45 minute drive North East from Hood River brings you to Goldendale and Centerville, Washington. A much drier climate with desert-like conditions compared to Hood River. The area is booming with wind farms to generate power from wind. Pictured here are just a handful of the many many wind turbines in Centerville, Washington and the surrounding areas.
