Taken just shortly after the previous (yesterdays) photo. A Tidewater Barge passing under the Hood River Toll Bridge transports containers and not sure what else... maybe oil? The Hood River Marina, Hood River Inn, and Interstate 84 are all seen on the top of the photo.
