An image photographed in 2009 while hiking the Timberline Trail around Mt. Hood Oregon although this huge glacier was a ways off the main trail. Lots of water runoff from the late summer warm temperatures made for an interesting photo. Wish there was a person in the photo for size reference, but the glacier ceiling was about 15 feet over my head in there.
