A quick lightning storm passed over us on Saturday night (9-24-11) so I hopped in the truck and zoomed up to the hills. Unfortunately when I was setting up the camera the best lightning bolt of the night went off before I was shooting... but I still ended up with one decent image. The lights of the Hood River Valley, Bingen, White Salmon, Hood River Bridge, and Eastern Washington are all seen in this image.
