Another image from the morning of November 14th, 2014. I hesitate to share this one, because the final image just doesn't come close to interpreting the "feeling" of standing there in front of this scene. While shooting, 2 bald eagles soared by just feet away, as well as many flocks of Canadian Geese. The snow also dampens out many ambient sounds, making it almost eerily quiet and peaceful. This is a huge resolution panorama compiled from 23 vertical images. The view is looking Northwest from a cliffside near Ruthton Park, on the Westside of Hood River. © Blaine Franger 2014
