A rainbow glows bright over the Columbia River Gorge on a stormy day in Hood River. The trees in the foreground are in Oregon and the hill seen in the background is the Mt. Underwood bluff in Washington. Even though it's not seen, the Columbia River Gorge is directly under the rainbow. This is taken from my deck... I love the variety of photo opportunities from there!
